Do you sell or share my data?
No. We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not share your data with other customers. Your data is only used to provide the Sledge service to you and your team.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your data is never used to train AI models. When AI processes your documents, it happens on a per-request basis with no retention for training.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in AWS data centers and managed through Supabase for database and authentication. All storage is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Who can access my data?
Only members of your team with the right permissions can access your data. A limited number of Sledge employees may access it for support or debugging, and all access is monitored and audited.
How secure are user accounts?
Accounts are secured with email/password authentication through Supabase, Google and Microsoft OAuth, and secure session tokens. We follow CASA compliance for Google integrations.
What security measures do you use?
We use TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest via our providers, encrypted service-to-service communication, CAPTCHA and traffic monitoring for abuse protection, and centralized logging and monitoring across our infrastructure.
