Notifications, wherever the work actually is
A notification platform with a ranked bell feed, wired into statements, the general ledger, change orders, closeouts, and payouts. The things needing your attention now come to you instead of waiting in a tab you forgot to open.
New
- Notification bell with a ranked feed spanning statements, general ledger, change orders, closeouts, and payouts.
- Record RFI responses that arrive out of band, so a reply by phone or email still lands on the RFI timeline.
- Resend a sent submittal without rebuilding the package.
Improvements
- Payment notifications link straight to the bill they refer to.
- Manual creation flows save by default, so a half-finished record survives a mis-click.
- Submittal request previews render the full first page and gained zoom controls.
- Submittal comments now show on the activity timeline alongside every other action.
- The submittals register searches by project name.
Fixes
- Draft submittal packages can be edited again.
- The three-dot action menu is back on the submittals list view.
- Every recipient on a submittal can submit their own review decision.
- Contract contacts now appear in the People module.
- Negative bill lines post as credits in the ledger instead of skewing the balance.
